Experience is not necessary, but we are looking for people with natural charisma and strong influencing skills and have what it takes to thrive in a customer focussed and performance driven environment.
We use blended learning which enables us to adapt an approach and environment which will bring out the best in you and your individual learning style. After all, we want to do everything we can to ensure that you dazzle our customers with your exceptional service and of course shining personality. Training contains a mixture of self-discovery exercises, role-play and online exercises.
You’ll start out as a Fresher and join one of our full time training programmes, which lasts for five weeks for both full and part time and involves a mixture of classroom and e-learning. In true first direct style you can expect a fun yet professional atmosphere which will enable you to bond quickly with your new team mates whilst you prepare yourself for that first call.
As a Fresher you will spend time in our Academy taking calls under the supervision of our experienced coaches who will offer you all the guidance you need to fly the nest with confidence.
