if you know which rate is right for you, all you need to do is book an appointment to confirm what you want

on the day of the appointment, we’ll send each person applying for the mortgage an email confirming our current rates so you know what’s available

you can view our rates anytime by visiting firstdirect.com and selecting ‘Mortgages’ followed by ‘Our mortgage rates’

once your appointment’s booked, we’ll send you a text and email to confirm the details

we’ll also send you a text reminder 24 hours before your appointment
