The changes are set out below and apply from 9 April 2025.
We'll keep this page live until 9 October 2025 when it will expire. You can see our current terms any time at firstdirect.com/legals/terms-and-conditions and from 9 April 2025 the new terms will be available for you to download. If you prefer paper, you can also ask for them to be posted to you.
