We only offer mortgages from first direct, which is a division of HSBC UK Bank plc.
We only offer mortgages secured by a first legal charge or mortgage on your home. In Scotland, we only offer mortgages secured by a first ranking standard security on your home.
We don’t offer mortgages for business purposes.
We’ll provide you with an advised service, which means we’ll assess your needs for a mortgage and recommend suitable products.
You won’t pay a fee for this service, but some of our products come with fees. Your mortgage illustration will include these fees where applicable.
We’re unable to provide you with advice on your protection needs. If this is something you’d like to review, we can refer you to receive protection advice from other members of the HSBC Group.
