If the worst happens we’ll do everything we can to help and make the claims process easy. Before you make a claim make sure you have:

  • your insurance policy number
  • receipts, quotes or invoices
  • an estimate size of the affected area
  • photos of damage or lost property (if you have any).

It only takes 10 minutes to start your claim, and where possible, you’ll get an instant decision. Aviva will contact you within 2 hours if they need to talk to you. This will be between 8am-6pm Monday to Friday or 8am-4pm on weekends.
