We're currently unable to offer life insurance online to our customers.

We can, however, help provide life insurance for customers applying for a first direct mortgage. Please speak to your Mortgage Advisor for more information.

If you're an existing first direct life insurance policy holder,  you can get support or make a claim by calling our Life Helpdesk on 0345 745 6125. We're available 8am-6pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
