To be eligible for perks you need to have an open current account and/or savings account and/or credit card and have initiated a transaction in the last 12 months, or hold a first direct loan or mortgage.

To get your hands on these mini-wins you need to register on the first direct perks platform. It's quick and easy to do via our App:

What is first direct perks?

first direct perks is our rewards programme that feels rewarding, with discounts and offers from some of the most-loved brands. They're not to be missed!

How does first direct perks work?

Once you've registered for first direct perks, simply log in, browse the available discounts and offers, then redeem the ones you want directly through the platform.

When you claim your perk, we'll give you all the information you need, including redemption details and T&Cs.

How do I sign up for first direct perks?

All you need to do is create a first direct perks account using your:

full name
date of birth
email address (the one you use for first direct)
password of your choice (youll use this to log in).

As long as the details match what’s registered with first direct, you’ll be good to go.

If you want to check your contact details on your first direct account, you can do this on our App by going to the menu then your profile.

Do I have to pay to use first direct perks?

There's no cost to register for the perks platform. The offers available may include perks that are money-off discounts or 2-for-1 offers, which are given when you buy a product or service from our offer partners.
