Here's what you can do with Online Banking

Using a desktop, mobile or tablet you can log into your first direct account to:

 

  • view balances and statements online

  • pay bills or send money between your accounts

  • view and cancel Direct Debits

  • request replacement cards

  • send and receive messages to and from us

  • view all your first direct accounts in one place

What do you need to get going?

If you're an existing customer and want to register for Online Banking via a desktop, you'll need to:

  • have an up-to-date mobile number registered with first direct (to receive a one-time code via SMS)
  • have your sort code and account number to hand
  • be registered with a Telephone Security Number (we'll ask for 3 digits during registration)
