Internet Banking Plus uses technology that requires Internet Explorer version 5.0 and above on a PC. Unfortunately the service will not currently work using other internet browsers or Apple Mac computers. We recommend the following specification:

IBM compatible PC

  • Windows 2000 Professional, XP Professional or XP Home Edition
  • Browser software: Internet Explorer version 5.5 or 6 with ActiveX® enabled*
  • Modem (minimum speed 56kbps)
  • VGA monitor (256 colour display, minimum pixel resolution 1024 x 768).

Please note: PCs connected to a Local Area Network are not supported.

*The latest version of this software can be downloaded from the Microsoft website at www.microsoft.com. Any installation difficulties should be referred to Microsoft in the first instance.
