To access internet banking, you'll need:

  • your personal online ID numbers
  • obtain your numbers anytime by calling us on 08 456 100 100.

To access simply:

  • visit firstdirect.com
  • select 'internet banking' from the log on menu at the top of the screen
  • enter your online ID numbers
  • set up a username and memorable password which you'll need each time you log on.
